  • Advanced purchase is strongly recommended, as tours often sell out. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you want, please book early.

  • Tours run rain or shine! Umbrellas and rain jackets are encouraged. Only severe weather (Hurricane / Tornado / Flock of Rabid Seagulls) would cancel a tour, in which case we’ll contact ticket holders.

  • There are no scheduled restroom stops along the route. Please plan accordingly. There are plenty of public restrooms available around Morgan Square.

  • Absolutely! We encourage photos and videos—these tours are full of historic streets, dramatic stories, and unforgettable sights you’ll want to remember.

  • Children ages 4–12 require a child ticket. Children 3 and under are free, but please include them in your booking as “free.”

  • All tours start and end at Morgan Square, downtown Spartanburg.

  • Each tour is approximately 90 minutes with frequent stops. The walking is gentle but requires basic mobility. We will cover about a mile and a half.

  • Tours don’t include stops for food or beverages. Water is recommended, especially on warmer days. Bring what you like as long as you bring it with you when you leave.

  • Not at all! Locals often discover new stories and hidden details about their city. Both tourists and Spartanburg residents will enjoy learning something new.

  • Sidewalks are generally accessible, but some areas may be uneven. Strollers are fine. We always do our best to point out trouble spots. (See your Tour Guide before it starts and let them know if you have any additional needs)

  • Yes! Private tours are available for groups of any size, offering a personalized experience with tailored storytelling. Advanced notice is required.
